As an enthusiastic and highly motivated realtor, I have over 3 years of experience guiding clients through the process of selling their homes and helping to find their forever homes in the Philadelphia and Bucks County region. While currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, as a member of the Roc Hous group I am able to direct clients toward reliable and trusted agents licensed in other states as well. 

When I’m not busy working hard for my real estate clients, I’m working hard for the citizens of Philadelphia, with over 20 years in the Philadelphia Police Department. 

Aside from enjoying two separate and very fulfilling careers, I am happily married for over 20 years. My wife Dianna and I share two and a half sons: David III, a senior at Penn State; Daniel, a high school senior and cross country runner; and Clark, a 7 year old golden retriever and my best friend. In my occasional downtime I enjoy fishing, football, walking the neighborhood with Dianna and Clark, and hanging out by the pool with family and friends. I also love collecting rare or hard-to-find bourbons.
